Ann Drummie ’90

Career Coach

Biography

Dual Canada/U.S. citizen Ann Drummie ’90 has transitioned careers a few times, from engineer with the Canadian National Railways to construction project manager for non-profit entities to leadership coach for people in technical careers. She’s been an individual contributor, a people leader, and now a solopreneur; she’s had local teams and decentralized teams; and she’s worked in both the public and private sectors. After decades working in different contexts and for different organizations, she became motivated to “become the leadership coach my younger self would have benefited from: I want to be of service to intelligent, capable women who may not know how coaching can be a real catalyst for transformational professional development.”

Ann now holds multiple coaching certifications from the United States and Canada and is the author of Wallet on the Rental Car Roof: A Guide for Young Professionals Growing their Leadership Skills.
