Field guides are used to explore new and unfamiliar terrain. This is typically in nature, but they can also be used in creative ways to explore a whole range of topics. Join the Wurtele Center and special guest Alie Ward, host of the Ologies podcast, for this workshop where you’ll design a field guide that helps people navigate a topic or issue that matters to you. The Amplify Competition “Wild Card” category this year is field guides, so come see what they’re all about. Limited to 25 Smith students.
